Technology Standards

Here are some Hardware and Software requirements that You need to have in place in order for Us to meet Our Service obligations. We will update this list from time to time as certain technologies age and other technologies are released and tested by us.

Supported Technology Platforms

Hardware

The following are hardware requirements you must meet for full SLAs to be in effect.

Servers

Edsys (preferred), Dell, HP or SuperMicro servers with the following characteristics:

  • Warranty: Current
  • CPU: Intel Xeon
  • RAM: 16+ GB
  • OS: Windows Server 2016+

Thin Clients

Business or Enterprise models with the following characteristics:

  • Make: Dell Wyse or HP Series
  • OS: Windows 10 IOT

Desktops

Business or Enterprise models with the following characteristics:

  • Make: Edsys(preferred), Dell Optiplex, Latitude, Precision or HP Pro, Elite & Z Series
  • Warranty: Current
  • CPU: Intel i5+, 6th Gen+
  • RAM: 8+ GB
  • Storage: 256+ GB Solid State Drive (SSD)
  • OS: Windows 10 Pro

Laptops

Business or Enterprise models with the following characteristics:

  • Make: Asus (preferred), Dell, Lenovo or HP
  • Warranty: Current
  • CPU: Intel i5+, 6th Gen+
  • RAM: 8+ GB
  • Storage: 256+ GB Solid State Drive (SSD)
  • OS: Windows 10 Pro
  • Resolution: Minimum 1920x1080

Accessories

  • Mice: Unit supplied with Desktop/Laptop by manufacturer or Logitech and Microsoft
  • Keyboard: Unit supplied with Desktop/Laptop by manufacturer or Logitech & Microsoft
